Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Monitor and document clients' progress toward therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that each session meets the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and supervision to remain abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in California as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
