Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the individual needs of patients, reviewing pertinent health histories and performing specific assessments.
• Communicate evaluation findings to patients and their families, incorporating their input into the development of personalized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to patients' presentations and changing healthcare dynamics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, recognizing and documenting changes in patients' conditions that may warrant adjustments to the care plan.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions, including detailed initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations while participating actively in departmental objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and serve as a clinical instructor for students when necessary to foster growth in the next generation of healthcare providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and adapt care strategies to ensure great access to services for all patients.

Compensation and Benefits
