Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, formulating evidence-based treatment plans that address individual patient needs and conditions.
• Administer specialized therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, ensuring to utilize the most effective modalities and techniques.
• Deliver therapeutic care onsite, implementing procedures designed to improve patients' conditions and overall function in alignment with the physician's prescribed plan of care.
• Engage in patient education and training, providing insights and tools for patients and caregivers to enhance recovery and long-term health outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, incorporating feedback and adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the practice by offering exceptional customer service and support to patients.
