Our organization primarily caters to individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring that our services are accessible to those who need them most. With a small team comprising two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), we emphasize collaboration and high-quality care, creating a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Work Environment

You will be working in an onsite rehabilitation facility equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment. Our clinic's design fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where patient comfort is paramount. We have flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, allowing our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and recognize the specific objectives and requirements of patients, tailoring treatment plans to meet their needs.
• Manage a case load of one patient per hour to provide focused, individualized therapy sessions.
• Draw upon your expertise in orthopedic outpatient settings to administer diverse, cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives to reduce reliance on medications, promoting a holistic approach to health.
• Create and execute comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, using innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that cater to each patient's condition and lifestyle, empowering them to take charge of their health.
• Encourage and support patients throughout their rehabilitation process, enhancing their motivation and commitment to recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Document treatment services and progress accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational practices.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working primarily with individuals who have sustained orthopedic injuries or conditions. Our patients range from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to seniors rehabilitating after surgery. By focusing on personalized therapy plans, we aim to foster independence in our clients and improve their functional mobility, thus enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, with no board or disciplinary actions on record.
• Solid proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design and implementation.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is essential to ensure a thorough understanding of the patient population.
• Familiarity with developing evidence-based treatment interventions that maximize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
