Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, ensuring a targeted approach to rehabilitation.
• Collaborating closely with physical therapy aides, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about therapeutic processes, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs to promote active participation in recovery.
• Conducting facility-wide educational seminars to elevate the understanding of therapy services among staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Participating in multidisciplinary care plan meetings to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans based on collaborative feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
