Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to accommodate client needs.

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in clinical supervision, regular peer consultations, and professional training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Center Field Counseling, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your focus will encompass a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be adept at tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client demographic, ensuring they receive effective and appropriate care.

Qualifications\n

• An active LPCC license in the state of California is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary; a Master’s degree in counseling or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health or a closely related setting is essential.

• Commitment to providing ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care is expected.

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Center Field Counseling offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
