Our schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the autonomy to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. There are no on-call responsibilities, encouraging you to maintain clear boundaries between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in meaningful interactions with clients through one-on-one video sessions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who reach out to Safe Horizon Counseling, LLC seeking support for various mental health needs including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. By providing tailored therapy sessions, you will help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, improve their coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent clinical license in the state of California, including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong proficiency in technology and virtual session facilitation, with notable computer literacy skills.
