Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering pertinent information to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and the clients' unique needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based frameworks, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Regularly meet with clients for ongoing counseling, adjusting treatment methods as necessary based on their progress and feedback.

• Engage with family members in sessions when appropriate, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, documenting findings in a confidential manner that adheres to safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a proven ability to manage diverse caseloads.

• Proficiency in working with various clinical issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
