Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video chat while ensuring the highest ethical standards in mental health counseling.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate client needs and progress, while developing individualized treatment plans that focus on their personal goals.

• Guide clients in acquiring new coping mechanisms, effective problem-solving strategies, and enhanced communication skills to navigate their daily lives.

• Regularly document client interactions and treatment outcomes while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health concerns. You will help clients address issues such as anxiety, stress, mild depression, and adjustment disorders, providing them with tools and resources to manage their mental wellness effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• No prior disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a command of technology relevant to remote counseling.

• A stable and reliable internet connection for seamless client engagement and telehealth service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling modalities is highly desirable.
