Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, emphasizing their individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and utilize approved screening tools to track progress, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation according to regulatory standards, ensuring that all clinical records are up-to-date and submitted in a timely manner.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies, enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies and community partners, creating a network of resources that can benefit your clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including conferences and workshops related to mental health best practices.

• Promote the organization’s mission and values in all interactions, fostering a culture of respect and dignity for clients.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the mission of the center and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary within the range of USD 86,000 to 103,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
