This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy via telehealth platforms, thereby providing flexibility and extending our reach to clients who may face barriers accessing in-person services. Our outpatient office framework ensures a structured yet adaptable working environment, where you'll be provided with the proper tools and systems necessary to perform your role effectively, including electronic health record (EHR) systems for secure client data management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans suited to individual needs.

• Deliver specialized therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring a compassionate, prompt response to their needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches and continuity of care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available therapeutic interventions, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and seminars to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work empathetically to understand their experiences, provide support, and guide them toward paths of recovery and enhanced mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate appropriate treatment interventions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proficient in working independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team member.

• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous, although not mandatory for all candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience level.
