Registered Dietitian (RD) for Skilled Nursing Care

Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn seeks a compassionate Registered Dietitian to assess residents' nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to monitor nutritional status, adjust plans, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
