Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and immediate needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring ongoing adjustments as necessary. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in formats including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, aimed at fostering resilience and coping strategies. Monitor client progress throughout therapy, utilizing tools and methodologies that ensure treatment efficacy and satisfy clinical standards. Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or psychological emergencies. Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards of confidentiality. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, participating in ongoing professional training and skills enhancement opportunities. Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations, ensuring responsible and ethical practice. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking assistance with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is mandatory. Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and address complex mental health issues. Courageous communication and strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and commitment to client welfare and well-being. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is preferred, ideally within an outpatient or community mental health setting.
