Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' histories, emotional health, and treatment goals, ensuring they receive targeted support from day one. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique strengths and challenges. Provide evidence-based counseling services across various formats, including individual, couples, families, and group sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
