Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Physiocare, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for each patient, assessing their physical capabilities and clinical needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on individualized assessments, effectively addressing the specific goals and challenges faced by each client.
• Implementing therapy sessions both in-person and via telehealth, ensuring continuity of care and adapting methods based on clinical appropriateness.
• Regularly reassessing each patient's progress against established treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to optimize results.
• Documenting patient interactions meticulously with the use of electronic record systems, including SOAP notes, care plans, and progress summaries.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
