Payment Operations Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting payment operations and legal workflows, the full-time Associate Payment Operations Analyst will manage legal operations tasks such as handling liens, garnishments, and subpoenas, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a remote-eligible environment. Key responsibilities Process and manage legal operations workflows in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with a high degree of accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate payment exceptions and resolve operational issues Required qualifications Experience in payments, legal operations, or financial services operations Familiarity with processing liens, garnishments, and subpoenas Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed case records and audit trails Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive customer and legal matters Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings and late evenings
