Work Environment\n

Operating entirely through telehealth, our innovative approach allows for flexible and efficient patient care. Regular work hours are maintained from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for structure while accommodating personal schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific needs and concerns related to aging.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help clients navigate emotional challenges such as grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored for geriatric residents.

• Educate family members and care staff on strategies to support emotional well-being and improve the quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for clients and their families, addressing the complexities surrounding end-of-life issues; create supportive spaces for sharing and healing.

• Design and implement cognitive stimulation programs and mental health interventions that encourage mental acuity and emotional resilience among elderly individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on clients aged 65 and older who are facing various mental health challenges, especially those related to aging, such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and cognitive decline. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
