This position allows you to work remotely while serving clients at our detox center in Hesperia, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments tailored to the diverse needs of clients with mental health and substance abuse challenges, ensuring cultural appropriateness and sensitivity.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and referrals to ensure holistic care.

• Document all mental health evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates electronically, maintaining compliance with agency protocols and reporting standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and community resources, including medication assistance programs, ensuring clients have access to necessary support services.

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery through data collection and analysis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and those with co-occurring mental health disorders. This population frequently experiences challenges related to substance use, psychological distress, and social reintegration. Your expertise in understanding the complexities of mental health and addiction will be invaluable in guiding these clients through their treatment journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in social work, with a focus on behavioral health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
