This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide mental health therapy from the comfort of your own home through our telehealth platform. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while delivering high-quality mental health services via telehealth. Work hours typically span Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of our patients. As a teletherapist, you will leverage secure online platforms to conduct therapy sessions, making your work environment both efficient and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are clinically sound and tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, during individual and group therapies.

• Exercise crisis intervention techniques during mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and appropriate care for clients in need.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in team meetings, telehealth case consultations, and professional development workshops to maintain a high standard of care.

• Remain informed about advancements and research in the field of mental health therapy to ensure contemporary practice standards are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical considerations in counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Proficiency using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital platforms for therapy sessions.

• Experience in delivering therapy to a diverse set of clients, adapting techniques to accommodate varying needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
