Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, group, and family counseling services that cater to each client’s unique circumstances and mental health objectives.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary, helping clients navigate urgent mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Participate actively in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the larger goals of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Proficiency in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and conflict resolution strategies are vital for success in this role.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for clinical documentation is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
