About the role: We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and wants to be part of a collaborative finance team where their contributions truly matter. What You'll Do Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications Perform monthly account reconciliations and proactively resolve variances Lead or support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes Maintain trial balance accuracy and ensure proper account classifications Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures Partner with external auditors and help ensure a smooth audit process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred 3–6 years of GL or public accounting experience Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP Experience with ERP systems and close management tools Advanced Excel skills Nice to have Big 4 or public accounting background is a plus Experience in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or service industry is a plus Bilingual English/Mandarin a plus Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision High degree of integrity and discretion with confidential financial information Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) with company match The pay range for this role is: 65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(LAX Carson) 65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(HQ) #J-18808-Ljbffr Speed Xpress Inc.
