Logistic Coordinator

One of our clients in Livingston, NJ, is looking for a logistic coordinator to join their team for a rolling (at least 6 mo) contract. The majority of this role will be receiving and handling inquiries from clinics to schedule up pick ups and monitoring those pickups throughout the day, checking internally to make sure all compliance documents are in order to allow these pick ups, and setting up physical shipments when on-site. 10% of the role will be answering phone calls and emails regarding logistic (courier updates, clinics, etc.) and working in the CRM to figure out which courier they have to use. This is a hybrid role and the schedule is M-F (one rotating weekend day a month) 11am-7:30pm

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years' experience with shipping, logistics, or mail couriers
- Understand concept of HIPAA
- Technologically savvy
- Detail oriented


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- ERP experience
- Medical experience
