Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• K-6 certification required for elementary roles; 6-12 certification required for secondary roles. Dual-certified professionals are welcome if the endorsement aligns with the applied position.
• Experience supporting students in self-contained classrooms strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with caseloads ranging from 4-10 students, depending on classroom assignment.
• Willingness to participate in an onsite interview at the designated district location in Birmingham, AL.
