Responsibilities Accurately enter and update customer and company data into internal systems with a high level of attention to detail Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and courteous assistance Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure records are complete and accurate Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information at all times Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution Organize and file documents both digitally and physically to support efficient record-keeping Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Perform regular data quality checks and report any inconsistencies to management Support other administrative duties as assigned to contribute to overall team success Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this on-site role Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Nomic Inc
