Director of Sales

Leading the retail channel strategy for a growing frozen food portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Sales will manage account relationships, drive sales growth, and build a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and execute the retail channel strategy, including developing business plans and identifying new account opportunities Serve as the senior relationship owner for key retail accounts and lead joint business planning processes Build and lead a retail sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive CPG sales experience, particularly in frozen food Demonstrated success in leading retail channel strategy across various retail formats Proven track record of building distribution and managing trade spend profitably Experience in managing and developing sales teams and broker networks Strong analytical skills with fluency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, Circana)
