Sous Chef – Convenient Schedule + Growth Opportunity Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 Pay Grade: 12 Reports To: Executive Chef Other Forms of Compensation: Relocation assistance if outside the area Job Summary We are hiring a Sous Chef to work a consistent five‑day work week with only one weekend every five weekends. This role offers strong growth potential and a competitive 401(k) with company match. Hours of Operation Primary shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Alternate schedules may include 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM based on business needs.
