Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload by establishing rapport and fostering positive, professional relationships with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based methodologies to ensure effective therapy that addresses clients’ specific needs.

• Regularly review clients' progress, providing updates and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance professional skills.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals suffering from trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues. You will utilize culturally responsive practices to effectively address the unique needs and challenges faced by each client, promoting effective therapeutic engagement and fostering hope and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in New Jersey.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, working directly with clients in a therapeutic capacity.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills, with a keen ability to build trust with clients.

• Experience with telehealth services and digital documentation is advantageous.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is preferred.
