Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnose patients to evaluate their mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate analysis.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, considering cultural diversity and special patient needs, to promote optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Regularly monitor patients' progress, adjusting care strategies as required to continue supporting their mental health goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including treatment records and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with departmental procedures and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with patients to establish goals and outline achievable objectives, responding proactively to each individual's evolving needs.

• Educate and guide patients on potential treatment paths, while also coordinating referrals to additional service providers as needed.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, interns, and other team members, cultivating a culture of learning and professional development within the clinic.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaborations, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and development efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathway Counseling Clinic offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
