Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists to coordinate holistic care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom may present with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in providing mental health support essential for their recovery and adjustment processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.
