Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and ensure appropriate interventions.

• Create and maintain integrated care plans that facilitate access to needed services, ensuring effective communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Implement focused prevention and recovery strategies, adjusting treatment approaches based on client feedback and evolving needs.
\n
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing scheduled therapy sessions including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to presenting issues.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes and assure adherence to admission and discharge criteria.

• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support during and after program hours as assigned.
\n
• Engage in agency committees focused on quality improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
\n
• Complete timely documentation and data submissions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients in a detox setting, many of whom experience co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This population often presents significant challenges, such as trauma, socio-economic distress, and cultural barriers. The role requires a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, tailored to meet the complex needs of individuals striving for mental health recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
