Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems. For example, your assessments may include in-depth interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, using proven therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate achievable goals and specific clinical interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated treatment approaches.

• Facilitate safe and engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enhance clients’ coping strategies and peer connections.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure client stability during vulnerable moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

In your role as a licensed clinical social worker at our detox center, you will engage with a diverse population of clients who are often experiencing significant emotional and psychological distress due to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
