Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information on clients’ mental health histories, strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients' unique journeys.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals are clearly defined and achievable.

• Facilitate both group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping clients with the skills necessary for recovery.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments, maintaining a keen awareness of clients’ safety and well-being.
