Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct brief individual therapy sessions for patients participating in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), focusing on their clinical progress and therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for an active caseload, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices.

• Deliver clinical care informed by best practices in pain psychology, assisting clients in navigating complex emotional landscapes associated with chronic pain and trauma.

• Build and maintain rapport with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary professionals, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and trust.

• Utilize sound judgment and professional ethics while working with patients, consistently prioritizing their mental health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing relational challenges or emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
