Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in at least one of these settings: schools, home health, or healthcare
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP development
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to helping children improve their functional independence
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting requirements in educational contexts

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions, adapting strategies for school and/or home settings
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and report on student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and support goal-setting for students with special needs
• Educate and consult with families and teams on recommended interventions
