Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Ohio
• Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong understanding of the OT process as it applies in K-12 environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for helping students achieve their goals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and goals
• Consult with teachers and staff to support integration of therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of progress and services provided
• Educate and engage with families to reinforce therapy goals at home
• Adapt approach to meet diverse needs within the school and home health environments
