Accounts Payable Administrator

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator in Edison, NJ. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering long-term potential with a well-established organization. Summary: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing invoice processing, administrative support, vendor communication, and customer service responsibilities in a collaborative office environment. Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Monitor invoice statuses and ensure timely submission and payment
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and insurance documentation
• Track and update Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Answer phones and assist with incoming inquiries
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail
• Support tenant and vendor communications
• Assist with office supply ordering and inventory management
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the property management team
• Create, maintain, and organize electronic and physical files
• Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and special projects
• Support occasional tenant events and office activities
• 2+ years of accounts payable, invoice processing, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Experience working with property management, commercial real estate, accounting, or vendor management processes is a plus
• Experience with Yardi, Nexus, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus
