Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Community Human Resources Director to oversee HR functions at the community level, driving recruitment, onboarding, and talent strategies in line with our mission and values. You will cultivate an inclusive culture, coach teams, and resolve conflicts while ensuring policy compliance.
