This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and enabling you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Operating primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will be able to manage your schedule effectively while reaching clients across California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans based on client-specific needs and goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic family therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with families and various healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to refine your clinical skills and practices.

• Participate in team meetings to share insights, collaborate on client care strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. The clinic serves clients from different backgrounds, providing an opportunity to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active LMFT license in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
