This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care in a way that works best for you and your clients. While you will engage with clients in an outpatient setting, you will also have the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families, focusing on varying emotional and psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that respect and integrate cultural considerations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with families, other mental health professionals, and community resources to enhance therapeutic outcomes and ensure holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse populations in Fresno, including families, couples, and individuals facing a variety of challenges. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, helping them navigate issues related to relationships, life transitions, trauma, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a related field) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
