Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth to address presenting issues and facilitate emotional and relational healing.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health disorders, utilizing DSM-5 criteria for accurate diagnosis.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with identified goals and take into account clients' unique histories and contexts.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to the treatment process, and providing feedback and encouragement where needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support, ensuring clients receive appropriate referrals to additional resources and services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records that comply with state regulations and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality and track therapeutic progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training workshops and certification programs, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with emerging trends in the field.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
