Litigation Paralegal

Downtown San Diego | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Salary: $80,000-$110,000

 

A growing and highly collaborative full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation practice in Downtown San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting subpoenas and discovery requests
• Review, organize, and summarize records, documents, and discovery materials
• Prepare chronologies, page summaries, litigation binders, and attorney trial materials
• Track case deadlines, court deadlines, discovery deadlines, and key case milestones
• Coordinate depositions and assist with deposition preparation
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics
• Maintain organized case files and ensure litigation documents are accurately managed
• Provide ongoing litigation support from case inception through trial

 

Preferred Experience

• Construction litigation experience strongly desired
• Experience supporting multiple trials is a plus

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience supporting cases from inception through trial
• Strong discovery management and document review skills
• Trial preparation experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
