Work Environment This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while actively engaging with clients via secure teletherapy platforms. As a community health clinic, we are fully equipped to support our therapists with the necessary tools and technology to provide exceptional care. The flexible scheduling accommodates some evening and weekend hours, allowing us to meet the needs of our clients who may have demanding schedules. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and available community resources. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and outlining specific interventions tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients. Deliver crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop comprehensive safety plans as necessary to stabilize clients in distress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and secure. Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating spaces where clients can connect, learn, and share experiences. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele ranges from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship challenges. We also serve families dealing with trauma and other life stressors. It is essential that our LMFT understands and appreciates the diverse backgrounds of our clients, who come from various cultural, economic, and personal histories. Qualifications Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships. Preferred Experience At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in therapy. Previous experience working remotely and utilizing telehealth technology is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
