Job Description

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
• Enforce safety standards and site compliance requirements
• Monitor progress against programme and quality benchmarks
• Resolve field issues and report status to project leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5-10 years' experience as a Superintendent
• Commercial construction project background
• Strong knowledge of safety and site regulations
• Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors
• Clear communicator with decisive leadership style
