In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the local office culture and driving everyday workplace productivity. As the primary ambassador for our Workplace Solutions team, you will directly influence the daily experiences of our employees and global visitors, transforming a traditional front desk into a dynamic, engaging hub of collaboration.
Key exciting responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary workplace ambassador, welcoming global visitors and personnel with an inclusive, high-energy approach.
- Master communication channels by managing phone systems and connecting external inquiries with internal experts seamlessly.
- Spearhead office logistics, including inventory management, secure visitor badging, incoming mail distribution, and shipping operations.
- Optimize local collaboration by managing conference room schedules and assisting with the coordination of exciting office events and internal activities.
- Champion diverse administrative projects that support workplace efficiency and reinforce a supportive, productive office environment.
Essential skills & experience:
- One or more years of professional administrative or customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
- Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of balancing multiple daily priorities.
- Proficiency with standard digital workplace tools such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a dedication to fostering a welcoming community space.
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience coordinating corporate events or office celebrations.
- Familiarity with modern digital visitor management software or badging systems.
Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon
In office (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
