Based in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, we combine modern design with the agility of a digital-first brand.Role OverviewThe Influencer Marketing Intern supports our influencer marketing team in the day-to-day work that keeps our creator community active and growing. You'll source creators for review, prepare gifting shipments, capture creator content as it goes live and enter the data that keeps our trackers and reports accurate.This is a learning and support focused role. You'll work closely with our Sr. Marketing Director and the Influencer team, with mentorship built in, and you'll see how creator partnerships connect to the wider brand. This is an in-person, on-site role based at our Downtown Los Angeles office.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Sourcing & ResearchBuild candidate lists of creators who fit our audience of moms and parentsGather the basics on each candidate, including audience size, engagement, content style, past brand work and revenue driving metric, so the Influencer Team can vet them quickly.Help spot emerging creators and new opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTubeAdd approved creators to our databases and contact listsGifting & Product Seeding SupportSupport the coordination and execution of gifting initiatives from selection, shipment and through deliveryHelp manage gifting lists, product selections, shipping details and trackingCoordinate with internal teams so products are available and go out on timeContent & Deliverable CaptureMonitor creator posts daily and capture links, screenshots and tags as content goes liveEnter each post into the campaign tracker the same day so the Marketing Assistant can reconcile deliverables against what was contractedFile creator content and UGC in our shared folders using the naming format the team has setSurface strong creator content you think is worth resharing or amplifyingReporting SupportPull post metrics such as reach, engagement, views and clicks, and enter them into our reporting templatesSupport in populate the data behind weekly campaign summaries and the monthly influencer performance reportTeam & General SupportStay current on social and creator trends, and bring relevant ideas to team brainstormsKeep an eye on what other brands in our category are doing with creatorsProvide general support to the marketing team as priorities shiftQualificationsCurrent student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing, fashion and creator partnershipsActive knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with a sense of what good content looks like; familiarity with Pinterest and YouTube is a plusStrong attention to detail, especially in trackers and databases where accuracy mattersOrganized and able to manage several small moving pieces at onceComfortable taking direction and asking questions when unsurePositive attitude, adaptable and willing to ask questions when something is unclearComfort with Google Sheets or Excel is a plusWhat You'll GainHands-on experience supporting influencer outreach and gifting programs end to endPractical skills in campaign coordination, tracking and performance reportingA working understanding of how creator partnerships build awareness and drive sales for an e-commerce brandExposure to how creator content is selected, repurposed and measured across marketing channelsMentorship from our Marketing Assistant, Influencer Marketing Coordinator and Senior Director of MarketingThis internship is a learning-focused opportunity for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute and grow their skills in a collaborative, creative setting.
