Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ histories, presenting issues, and goals for treatment, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients in detoxification, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote recovery and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and securely stored.

• Establish rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness, trust, and collaboration throughout the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work predominantly with adults seeking a fresh start, as well as their families, all in need of compassion, structure, and skilled intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in clinical settings working with substance use disorders, is necessary to ensure an understanding of the complexities involved in detox.

• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client needs.

• Strongly developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.
