Ready to take your fabrication skills to the next level? Ōnin Staffing is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a growing Jacksonville team where precision and craftsmanship matter. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality parts while keeping production running smoothly—all in a stable, long-term opportunity with great benefits.

What You'll Do as a Press Brake Operator:
- Prepare production equipment for operation by performing setup adjustments
- Assist with equipment changeovers to support production needs
- Operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot production process issues and make necessary equipment adjustments
- Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent operation
- Accurately report production data, quality metrics, and decisions made during operation
- Communicate issues and escalate questions or concerns to the supervisor as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience operating press brake or similar fabrication equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
