This role allows for flexible, remote work within a supportive team structure. Our operational hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate client histories, identifying appropriate paths towards recovery.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in navigating trauma, enhancing coping tactics, and fostering healing.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and trauma support during acute situations, ensuring clients are safe and feel supported.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them towards recovery.

• Maintain rigorous and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate electronic health record (EHR) management.

• Participate in regular case consultations and collaborate in team meetings focused on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay informed about the latest research in trauma therapy, integrating best practices into your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Understanding of trauma-related disorders and demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.

• Proficient with EHR systems and various computer applications necessary for effective case management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with client expectations for behavioral health generalists, including willingness to work with couples (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes guaranteed pay with annual increases and bonus opportunities, as well as paid orientation and monthly professional development activities.
