Regional Sales ManagerA leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team! This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful company, that boasts phenomenal results for their clients, while also providing a positive and supportive work environment for their team!This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.Regional Sales Manager Benefits:Salary listed above, plus bonus and commissions100% Health reimbursement401K with company matchVacation/PTO and paid holidaysGrowth opportunitiesRegional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunitiesExisting Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tiresProficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines - Must have a hunter mentality!Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer networkStrong skills in contract negotiation, overturning objections and closing dealsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsA results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targetAbility to travel 50%+ as needed for in-person customer meetingsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
