Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Alabama SLI/Interpreter license or permit (required)
• Recognized interpreting certification preferred (RID, EIPA, BEI, or equivalent)
• Experience in a school setting or with K-12 students is highly valued
• Prior 1:1 interpreting experience is a plus
• Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and fulfilling long-term assignments
• Must be able to work the full school schedule without accommodations for late arrivals, early departures, or modified shifts

• Provide 1:1 sign language interpretation for a student throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to ensure seamless communication access
